How To Decorate Your Blue Christmas Tree

Author: So you want blue decorations this Christmas. This is such a wonderful color…cool and icy, the color of winter.
Start with your tree and get it set up. Now you want to select your ornaments. Try to see which ones you have in blue or colors that are close like purple. White is also a color that works well with the blues. You should try to select lights that are the same color or no more than three colors that are close. Once you have seen what you have on hand, go out and buy those things that you need to round out your lighting.
Now, select the bulbs and other decorations, such as icicles, in the different shades of blues or whites. There are some stores that will even sell single color bulbs. Drape beads of different shades of blue from branch to branch. Add ribbons to tie the decorations together. And a tree topper to your tree…an angel or maybe Elvis with a guitar.
Light your tree, add the presents and invite your friends and family for the festivities. Now, you can go on to decorate the rest of your house. Have a Very Merry Christmas!
